I visited lush nails and beauty to have gel put on my toes, however, when I got home I realised that my cuticles hadn't been pushed back or cut, and the gel hasn't been painted all the way to the bottom. I politely called back and explained how I felt as I didn't want them to grow out too fast.
The women on the phone was extremely patronising and continuously said 'we pride ourselves on our work' and would not correct their mistake unless I paid - baring in mind she hadn't actually seen my toes herself.
I found her quite defensive and thought it was very childish for a business that 'prides themselves on their work'.
Overall, the staff were very uninviting and I definitely will not be returning.
