  I purchased my first car from this man.
  I paid £3000 cash and to get insurance I had to folk out £6000 for an anual cover. I paid the full amount there and then.
  So after being £9000 down, i expected the car to be in the condition it was advertised and looked like.
  First problem was he rear windscreen wiper didn't work ( a minor issue and I was promised he would sort it out). Never was.
  Next problem a week later. The clutch pedal sanck to the floor.
  Then the fan started to tap ( at the garage I was told it was something to do with the air con pun.
  I then began to worry have I bought a car off of someone who has maybe lied to me.
  I did some more background checks on the car. It's had an engine change, it goes from 120,000 miles on a m.o.t to then on the next m.o.t. It was saying 80,000 miles.
  He also told me the timing belt had been changed, which it hasn't or there isn't any proof to this. There was also an oil leak when I first got the vehicle.
  
  I've tried contacting him many times. I just get passed about and ignored. I'm now fumming. So instead of me going down to him and causing him thousands of pounds worth of damage I'm going to do it the legal way.
  
  Just a quick heads up if our thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this company.
  
  P.s. It burns oil aswell.
  
  He knew it was my first car and ye amount of hard earned cash I was spending.
  
  I've managed to locate the name and address of the previous owner. So I'm going to contact him next to hopefully find out a bit of truths behind the car.
  
  I've had a little scuff on the front bumper and also found that bumper has been changed as this one used to be red !! I'm hoping it's not been involved in an accident at some point In it's life.
